Classes
Grappling – Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu taught by CPAMMA’s Black Belts & Competitive Athletes (meant for all ages).
Striking – Muay Thai and the Striking Arts taught by CPAMMA’s Muay Thai Champions & Ajarns (meant for all ages). 
Youth – Fundamental Youth Martial Arts meant for children who are not yet in the Intermediate group.
Pricing
Free to current CPAMMA members, $49/Mo. or $19/Class for all others. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER
Online University included in all current CPAMMA students and monthly Virtual Academy members.
Schedule
The schedule will float in regards to days and times to help accommodate everyone. The day/time will be announced the week before. Don’t worry, if you can’t make a particular week you can still follow along with the recorded version of the lesson.
**September will be at 10AM and float between days of the week for the three classes; Striking, Grappling, Youth.**
Equipment
CPAMMA has grappling dummies and heavy bags for sale for individuals along with pads, gloves, etc. for pairs.
Meant for Individuals & Partners
All classes are meant for individuals and partners.
Individuals – While not 100% needed, you are welcome to follow along and use a bag for Striking or a Dummy for Grappling.
Pairs – You can partner with another Virtual Academy member. **No additional cost for a parent partnering with a child.**
Can I (or my child for parents) still earn rank?
Yes!
Adults – Arm Band (Striking) and Stripes & Belts (Grappling) promotions will be done at the end of each month for those due for promotion.
Youth – Virtual Academy exclusive students will be able to test for their next belt twice a year.
